AIRSOFT.PH offers Cash on Delivery service Nationwide. (PHILIPPINES ONLY)

 

SHIPPING TIME FRAME

  • SOP is next 1-2 days (working day) pick up once the order has been confirmed.
  • Cash on Delivery will be handled by different couriers depending on your location. You will  usually receive an SMS from the courier during the day of the delivery.
  • Cash on Delivery is only available in the Philippines.

            Time frame for deliveries:

            Metro Manila : 2-4 Business Days

            Outside Metro Manila : 3-10 Business Days

 

ON THE RUSH?

  • Yes , we accept LALAMOVE/GRAB purchase for faster transactions.
  • For outside MM areas/Bulk orders please contact us.

     We DON'T shoulder the delivery charge for LALAMOVE/GRAB purchase.

 

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Our delivery service is handled by a third party courier, we do our best to prepare the items as fast as possible, but we don't have controls over the delivery time and status once it is already picked up by courier.
  • You could track the delivery status by using the link provided in our website.

 

NON-DELIVERY

  • RTS (RETURN TO SENDER) will be triggered if the deliveries were unsuccessful for 2 consecutive attempts. This will be marked as 1 delivery failed.
  • Customer who has 2 consecutive delivery failed will be Black Listed.
  • Refused to receive in any reason will be counted as 1 delivery failed unless it is pre-arranged with us.

AIRSOFT.PH is not liable for any loss and damage during transit.

Though we do our best to pack the items as secure as possible.

 

WRONG/DEFECTIVE ITEM

  •  Please send us message/email with attached pictures within 5 days if you believed you received defective item or wrong item/quantity, we will get in touch with you ASAP.
  • After 5 days the transaction will be deemed as final and completed. Therefore no claims will be entertained. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Only the following can be accepted for exchange for merchandise purchased 

  • Wrong item (item sent to you is not what you ordered).
  • Item sent has missing or incomplete parts.
  • Item sent is defective.

 

REFUND POLICY:

Unless the product is defective or we delivered the wrong item, we DON'T accept refund in any reasons such as, but not limited to :

  • Compatibility issues. (Please make sure it is compatible with your unit before purchase)
  • Don't know how to install. 
  • Change of mind
  • Kulang sa pampayad
